Top Sandbox Games in Czech Republic: Q1 2025 Performance Overview

In the first quarter of 2025, the sandbox gaming category in the Czech Republic saw varied performances across the top five applications on a unified platform. Here's a closer look at the trends observed in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for each app, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Roblox maintained a strong presence with its weekly revenue peaking at approximately $201K in early February. Despite a decline towards the end of March, the app consistently generated significant revenue. Weekly downloads fluctuated, starting the quarter at 12K and gradually decreasing to around 8K. Active users showed a slight downward trend, beginning at 675K and ending at 574K.

Block Craft 3D：Building Game from Wildlife Studios experienced modest revenue, with a notable increase in mid-March, reaching $231. The downloads ranged from 1.6K to 3.4K, with a noticeable dip in February. Active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 20K throughout the quarter.

CityCraft Explorers showed a dynamic download pattern, beginning with 939 and peaking at 4K in mid-January. Although the app did not generate revenue, active users grew from 561 in early January to over 7K by the end of March.

Town Building Life Simulator had minimal revenue activity, with occasional small earnings. Downloads saw a varied trend, starting at 1.9K and ending at 1K, with a mid-quarter peak in late January. Active user numbers fluctuated, peaking at 6K in early March before dropping to 4.2K by quarter-end.

Craft Block World Building launched in late February, quickly gaining traction with downloads peaking at 9.8K in mid-March. Although revenue was nonexistent, active users increased significantly from 91 to 14.5K by mid-March, before settling at 9.2K by the end of the quarter.
